Data Deletion and Disconnect

1. Sign in to your Automenax workspace.
2. Open Settings / Etsy connection.
3. Select Disconnect Etsy and confirm.

On disconnect, Automenax stops background syncs, deletes stored access tokens, and attempts to revoke refresh tokens through the OAuth revocation process when supported.

1. Visit etsy.com/your/apps.
2. Find the Automenax connection.
3. Choose Revoke.

If access is revoked from Etsy first, Automenax detects the failed authorization on the next sync attempt and removes the local connection state.

Send an email from your account email address to privacy@automenax.com with the subject "Delete my account". If you cannot access that email, contact support@automenax.com and we will verify ownership another way.

We confirm the request, verify the requester when needed, and process deletion within 30 days unless a legal exception applies.

• OAuth access and refresh tokens.
• Connected shop state and cached API sync state.
• Uploaded artwork, generated mockups, and draft outputs.
• Cached Etsy listing, order, receipt, transaction, delivery, and tracking data.
• Support records and logs that are no longer needed and contain personal data.

• Invoices, payment records, tax records, and accounting records required by law.
• Security logs needed to investigate abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
• Records needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal requests.
• De-identified aggregate metrics that cannot reasonably identify a person or shop.

Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups until the backup expires on its normal rotation schedule. Backups are not used as active systems and are restored only for disaster recovery, security, or legal necessity.

If a seller sent an order to a production partner before deletion, Automenax can delete its own stored copy, but the seller may need to contact that production partner directly for copies held in that partner's systems.
