Copyright and IP Policy
Automenax is built for original seller artwork. This policy explains prohibited content, takedown handling, repeat infringement, and seller responsibility.
Last updated: April 29, 2026
1. Original content only
Sellers may use Automenax only with artwork, text, trademarks, product names, and listing material they have the legal right to use, sell, reproduce, and submit to Etsy.
2. Prohibited IP content
- Copied artwork, stolen designs, scraped listings, or unauthorized bundles.
- Unlicensed brand names, logos, slogans, characters, celebrities, or team marks.
- Confusingly similar marks, counterfeit products, or misleading affiliation claims.
- Images or designs that violate privacy, publicity, or personality rights.
3. Takedown notices
Rights holders can send notices to legal@automenax.com. A useful notice should identify the copyrighted work or trademark, the allegedly infringing content, the Automenax account or URL if known, contact information, and a statement that the sender has a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
4. Response
We may remove or disable access to content, suspend automations, preserve records, notify the affected seller, and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
5. Counter notices
If a seller believes content was removed by mistake, they may respond with ownership, authorization, license, or other evidence. We may ask for more information before restoring access.
6. Etsy remains separate
Removing content from Automenax does not remove content from Etsy. Rights holders and sellers may need to use Etsy's own reporting and appeal procedures for content already published on Etsy.
